      Dear @ Edralino Nicolas Jr. Follow the Following Steps.
      1.Open Start --> Search for "Run"
      2.Type "Msconfig" in the run Dialog Box.
      3.Click on the Services TAB available in the System Configuration Dialog box.
      4.Unmark the two options --> "Windows Event Collector" & "Windows Event Log".
      5.And then click on Apply & OK. That's it you have successfully completed all the steps required for reducing the lag while playing GTA IV on PC.
